• No Digital Kidnapping: We strictly prohibit the use of our tools to recreate, imitate, or deepfake real-world individuals (celebrities or private citizens) without explicit, documented consent.
• The Muse, Not the Victim: Persona Bakery is a tool for imagination. Using the likeness of a real person to create non-consensual sexual imagery (NCSI) is a violation of our core recipe and will result in an immediate ban from the kitchen.

2. The Spice Level: Consent & Boundaries

We embrace the After-Hours side of the internet, but we do so with a sophisticated moral compass.

• Adult Creativity: While we allow the generation of NSFW content, it must remain within the realm of fictional, virtual personas.
• Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for the generation of content involving minors (or characters appearing to be minors), non-consensual scenarios, or anything that violates international law. Our automated Kitchen Guard scans for these patterns and blocks them instantly.

3. The Serving: Honesty in Automation

We provide the conveyor belt to serve your audience, but we encourage transparency and respect.

• The Virtual Label: In compliance with evolving transparency standards (such as the EU AI Act), we encourage our bakers to be transparent about the AI nature of their personas. Audiences deserve to know when a masterpiece is digital.
• Platform Respect: Our automation tools are designed to respect the Terms of Service of the platforms we connect to (Instagram, X, Fanvue). We do not support spam-baking, bot-nets, or coordinated manipulation.

4. Kitchen Safety: The Guardrails

To keep our bakery the finest in the world, we employ rigorous protective mechanisms:

• Pattern Detection: Our AI is trained to recognize and reject prompts that suggest abuse, harassment, or the promotion of hate speech.
• Human Oversight: While our Oven is automated, our safety team regularly audits generation patterns to ensure our technology is not being used to poison the digital ecosystem.
• User Accountability: As the Master Baker, you are responsible for the content you serve. If your persona promotes harm or illegal activity, the Kitchen will be closed to you permanently.

5. Data Sovereignty: Your Recipe, Your Rights

We respect the intellectual labor of our users and the privacy of their creations.

• Creative Ownership: You own the specific persona DNA you craft. We do not use your unique recipes to train public models for other users.
• The Private Pantry: Your data is protected by the laws of the Czech Republic and the EU (GDPR). We maintain the highest levels of discretion regarding your prompts and digital assets.
